Cooking Classes

Cooking classes are great for anyone that wants to expand their food knowledge, great date nights, and a fun group activity.  Learn to butcher, bake, balance flavors, finish sauce, work with dough,  make fresh pasta by hand, and whatever else you’d like to learn. We offer both in-person, and virtual cooking classes. Please inquire within.

Knife Sharpening and Knife Skills

Hand over those old kitchen knives sitting in their wooden block. We’ll make them sharper than the day you bought them, and then teach you the difference between a large or small dice, a chiffonade, or how to make the perfect brunoise to impress your friends?  It all starts with a sharp knife.

Fresh pasta made for you, by us, by hand.  Just boil, sauce, and enjoy the dining experience of artisanal pasta made in the comfort of your own home.  Boil, and coat in your favorite tomato sauce or we also offer recipes to follow, ingredients included, for you to elevate your Italian experience.
